- Prepare 2 litres of Full cream milk.
- It's 1/2 cup of Powdered sugar.
- It's 2 tbspn of Lemon juice or vinegar.
- It's 1 tbsp of Cardamom powder.

- Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan stirring occasionally. Turn off the flame and pour lemon juice to curdle milk..
- Strain in muslin cloth to remove water and get the chenna. Rinse well in cold water to remove lemon odour. Tie and Hang for 30 min..
- Mash till its soft. Add to pan and continue to mash and cook to remove moisture. Dont overcook till crumbly it will not hold shape..
- Allow to cool.Knead with hand,add sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well..
- Make into balls, press in the middle and garnish with almonds. You can also use tutti frutti or pistachios for garnish.
