- You need 200 gm of paneer.
- It's 1/2 cup of carrot.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of potatoes.
- You need 1/2 cup of capsicum.
- It's 1/2 cup of cauliflower.
- It's 2 tbsp of cashew nuts.
- It's 2 tbsp of raisin.
- You need 1 tbsp of black pepper powder.
- You need To taste of salt & sugar.

- You need 1/2 cup of onion paste.
- Prepare 1 cup of milk.
- Prepare 1 of dry red chilli.
- It's 3 of green cardamom.
- You need 1 of cinnamon.
- You need 4/5 of cloves.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of fresh cream.
- It's 1 tbsp of ghee.
- You need 1 tsp of mace & nutmeg powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of fenugreek.
- You need 2/3 tbsp of oil.
- You need 1 cup of water.
Navaratna Korma instructions
- Blanch the cauliflower, peas, potatoes, carrot with some salt..
- Then cut the paneer into square..
- Then place a kadhai on oven, add oil,once oil is hot add paneer & fry well..
- In the same oil add cashew nuts & fry well & keep aside..
- Then add cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon, dry red chilli & fry for 1/2 secs..
- Then add onion paste & fry well..
- Next add tomato paste mix well & cook for 2/3 mins..
- Then add ginger,garlic paste stir well..
- Next add potatoes, cauliflower mix well & fry gor 2/3 mins..
- Then add beans, carrot & fry for 2/3 mins..
- Finally add capsicum mix well..
- Then add 1 cup water & cook for 5 mins on slow flame..
- Add milk, cashew nut paste mix well & cook for 3/4mins..
- Add salt, sugar as per your taste, black pepper powder & stir well..
- Add fried paneer, cashew nuts & raisin mix well & another cook for 3/4 mins..
- After 4 mins add fresh cream, ghee & garam masala powder stir well..
- Finally add mace, nutmeg powder, fenugreek powder mix well & switch off the flame..
- Serve with naan, paratha..
