Ingredients of Navaratna Korma

  1. You need 200 gm of paneer.
  2. It's 1/2 cup of carrot.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of potatoes.
  4. You need 1/2 cup of capsicum.
  5. It's 1/2 cup of cauliflower.
  6. It's 2 tbsp of cashew nuts.
  7. It's 2 tbsp of raisin.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of black pepper powder.
  9. You need To taste of salt & sugar.

  11. Prepare 1/2 cup of tomato paste.
  12. You need 1/2 cup of onion paste.
  13. Prepare 1 cup of milk.
  14. Prepare 1 of dry red chilli.
  15. It's 3 of green cardamom.
  16. You need 1 of cinnamon.
  17. You need 4/5 of cloves.
  18. Prepare 1 tbsp of fresh cream.
  19. It's 1 tbsp of ghee.
  20. You need 1 tsp of mace & nutmeg powder.
  21. Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  22. Prepare 1 tbsp of fenugreek.
  23. You need 2/3 tbsp of oil.
  24. You need 1 cup of water.

Navaratna Korma instructions

  1. Blanch the cauliflower, peas, potatoes, carrot with some salt..
  2. Then cut the paneer into square..
  3. Then place a kadhai on oven, add oil,once oil is hot add paneer & fry well..
  4. In the same oil add cashew nuts & fry well & keep aside..
  5. Then add cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon, dry red chilli & fry for 1/2 secs..
  6. Then add onion paste & fry well..
  7. Next add tomato paste mix well & cook for 2/3 mins..
  8. Then add ginger,garlic paste stir well..
  9. Next add potatoes, cauliflower mix well & fry gor 2/3 mins..
  10. Then add beans, carrot & fry for 2/3 mins..
  11. Finally add capsicum mix well..
  12. Then add 1 cup water & cook for 5 mins on slow flame..
  13. Add milk, cashew nut paste mix well & cook for 3/4mins..
  14. Add salt, sugar as per your taste, black pepper powder & stir well..
  15. Add fried paneer, cashew nuts & raisin mix well & another cook for 3/4 mins..
  16. After 4 mins add fresh cream, ghee & garam masala powder stir well..
  17. Finally add mace, nutmeg powder, fenugreek powder mix well & switch off the flame..
  18. Serve with naan, paratha..
