  7. Now make smalls balls from the dough.Now take one ball and press the centre with your index finger. Make it in the shape of a katori (bowl)..
  8. Place the stuffing inside it and now pleat and join the edges bringing them together in the centre. Press the top. Make sure to seal it properly..
  9. Now roll it into a circle. Make the other in the same way..
  10. Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying. The oil must be heated properly. After that put the gas on medium flame..
  11. Now put your Kachori in it. After one gets golden brown turn it. Now put the gas on low - medium flame.Gently nudge it with slotted spoon, so that it starts puffing up. Let it cook from the other side too..
