Ingredients of Masala Dosa
- You need of thCup White Rice.
- It's of Urad Dal.
- Prepare of Puffed Rice.
- Prepare of Fenugreek Seeds.
- It's of Steamed Rice.
- You need of Salt.
- You need of Oil.
- You need of mustard seeds.
- Prepare of onions finely chopped.
- It's of tomatoes diced.
- Prepare of red chilli powder.
- It's of coriander powder.
- Prepare of turmeric powder.
- It's of roasted cumin powder.
- You need of Few coriander.
- You need of boiled & mashed potatoes.
Masala Dosa instructions
- Dosa : white raw rice, urad dal, puffed rice, Soak overnight,grind in morning & while grinding add 2 tbsp steamed rice & few fenugreek seeds. Add salt. Heat tawa spread the batter with back side of a bowl. Put ghee / butter or oil over dosa & cook till brown... Serve hot with coconut chutney.
- Potato Veggie : Take 1 tbsp oil in a kadhai add 1 tsp of mustard seeds... Cut 2 onions in thin lengthy strips & saute in oil till it turns brownish pink. Add 2 tomatoes or tomato puree, salt, chilli powder, dhania powder, turmeric powder 1tsp each (chilli as per taste)... Let tomatoes leave sides and masala is little wet then add 5 boiled mashed potatoes... Mix well so that potatoes are covered in gravy... Add coriander leaves & leave on slow gas with lid for 3 mins....
