  6. Now add chopped fry fruits & little - little amount of roasted Sooji by regular stirring..
  7. Bhi. soon water will be evaporate and Our bhi.healthy, Delicious ZERO OIL Sooji halwa is ready..

Once heated, add suji and fry until it turns golden brown. • Add cardamom, raisins and almonds to the fried suji. Mix it well. • Now, add the sugar syrup to the mixture.
