  1. Prepare 250 gm of Potato boiled and mashed.
  2. You need 1 tsp of Mustard seeds.

  5. It's 2 tbsp of Coriander powder.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder.
  7. It's 2 tbsp of Mustard oil.
  8. It's 100 g of Capsicum chopped.
  9. It's 50 gm of Peanuts.

Bottom should be crisp and beautifully browned. Using the spatula, fold the sides of the dosa around the filling to make a cylindrical shape.
