- You need 300 gm of Paneer.

Paneer Dhaniya Adraki Korma instructions
- In a blender add coriander leaves, green chillies and blend it into a smooth paste..
- In a bowl, add yogurt, blended paste,ginger paste, flour, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala powder and mix it well..
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet, add cumin seeds, black pepper corns, cloves, bay leaf and stir well..
- Now add prepared yogurt mixture in it and stir well. Bring it to boil..
- Then add little water and stir again and bring it to boil again..
- Now add paneer and mix it well..
- Add 1tspn sugar and salt asper taste and mix it well..
- Cook 5 minutes on medium heat..
- Add 1 tbsp fresh cream and mix it again..
- Switch off the flame and serve it hot with roti or naan..
