  1. It's 1/2 cup of sprouts moth (boiled).
  2. It's 1 cup of sabudana(before soaking).
  3. You need 1 cup of poha(flattened rice).
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup of roasted peanuts coarse powder.
  5. It's 5 tbsp of oil.
  6. You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  7. You need Few of Few curry leaves.
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp of green chillies-ginger paste.
  9. It's 1/2 of lemon juice.
  10. It's 1 tbsp of sugar.
  11. You need to taste of Salt.
  12. It's Some of Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish.

Sprouted Moth Sabudana Khichdi instructions

  1. Soak brown moth for 6 hours,and tie tightly in thin cloth to sprouts overnight. Next day soak sabudana for half hour till it's grain is soft. Drain and spread on cloth to dry. Rinse poha and keep aside for 10 mins. Boil sprouts moth and keep aside..
  2. In mixing bowl mix soak sabudana and poha. Add mix coarsely peanut powder,salt, sugar and lemon juice..
  3. In kadhai heat oil,do tempering of cumin seeds, add green chillies ginger paste and curry leaves,saute for 30 secs. Add boiled sprouts moth,mix and saute for 1 minute.Add salt to taste..
  4. Add sabudana- poha mixture. Mix well and cover. Cook on slow flame, stirring every 2 mins till it is hot.(Do not overcook,as sabudana will be sticky)..
  5. Serve /Relish Nutritious Hot Sprouted Moth Sabudana Khichdi garnished with chopped fresh coriander leaves..
