- Add 1-3 tablespoon oil to a pan now once heated add 1 teaspoon jeera let them pop, now add 1chopped onion, 1chopped green chilli, 1tablespoon ginger garlic paste and fry for 2-3 mins. Now add 1/2teaspoon turmeric powder, 1teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala,1/2 teaspoon salt and cook for 2mins and now add 1cup of peas and let it cook for 10mins on low flame now add 1/2tablespoon of amchur powder and your filling is made.
