Ingredients of Baby Potato Korma

  1. Prepare 500 gms of baby potatoes.
  2. It's 1 of big onion sliced.
  3. You need 4,5 of green chillies(sliced vertically).
  4. Prepare 250 ml of curd.
  5. You need 1 sprig of Curry leaves.
  6. Prepare to taste of Salt as per taste.
  7. You need to taste of Chilli powder.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric.
  9. Prepare 1 pinch of hing /asafoetida.
  10. You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.
  12. It's 1/2 tsp of mustard.
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Jeera/ cumin.
  14. You need 2 tbsp of oil.

Baby Potato Korma instructions

  1. Wash and clean baby potatoes. Boil them, make sure they are not overcooked..
  2. Chop onion and chillies.
  3. In a pan, heat oil. Add mustard and jeera, once they start splitting add hing.
  4. Now, add sliced onion and chillies. Saute well till onion changes colour.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well. Add salt,chilli powder and turmeric. Mix well.
  6. Now add garam masala.
  7. Add peeled baby potatoes.
  8. Mix well and add curry leaves.
  9. Make sure potato is well coated with the masala.
  10. Churn curd to a fine mixture and add it to the potatoes.
  11. Mix well. Let it cook for 2-3 mins (dont keep for long).
  12. Serve with hot rice, Roti, bagara rice or veg biryani.
