Methi Veg korma instructions
- Make a fine paste of cashew nuts, green chillies, coriander leaves, Turmeric powder and keep aside.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add Nigella seeds. Wait for a minute.
- Add curry leaves and garlic. Fry well...
- Add onion.. saute well.. cook till transparent. Add little salt.
- Then Add tomatoes and fry till it's tender..
- Add all vegetables and fry for 7-8 minutes or till the raw smell gone..
- Add above ground paste and fry for 2-3 minutes..
- Add water and cook till vegetables done..
- Add coriander powder, lemon juice and mix well. Check seasoning.. Add salt if required..
- Put in kasuri methi and mix well..
- A minute before switching off the stove, add fresh cream and mix well..
