Ingredients of Chanar Sondesh

  1. Prepare 1 liter of milk.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of powderd sugar.
  3. You need 1/2 cup of sweet condensed milk.
  4. It's 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
  5. Prepare 2 tsp of lemon juice.
  6. You need as needed of crushed pistachios for garnishing.

Chanar Sondesh instructions

  1. Heat the milk on low flame by stirring in between..
  2. When it get boiled add lemon juice for curdling the milk..
  3. With the help of a thin cotton cloth separate the milk whey and curdle..
  4. Wash the curdle with water to remove sourness of lemon. And keep it for1/2 hour to remove excess of water..
  5. Now knead the curdle with the palm for 5 to 10 minute to make it smooth and soft..
  6. Now add powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix it properly..
  7. Now take a nonstick pan cook this mixture for 2 to 3 minutes by continues stirring on low flame. Now add condensed milk and cook it for 5 minutes to make a thick paste..
  8. Let it cool slightly. And make equal sized samll ball..
  9. Press the ball slightly to make sondesh..
  10. Garnish it with crushed pistachios..
  11. Chanar sondesh is ready..
