- Prepare 2 of Raw Mangoes chopped.
- It's 1 tsp of Salt.
- It's 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- It's 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Mustard Seeds.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Cumin Seeds.
- Prepare 1 Sprig of Curry Leaves.
- You need 2 of Green Chillies finely chopped.

- Wash and chop raw Mangoes into bite sized pieces. You can keep the skin on or can peel it off if you don't want it. I have removed the peels too but kept some. The seed and the peels that were left were used by me in making Daal for dinner..
- Heat Oil in a kadai. Add Cumin and Mustard seeds both. Let them crackle a bit before adding Curry Leaves and Asafoetida. Add Green Chillies and grated Ginger too. Mix well and now add chopped Raw Mango pieces. Give them all a good stir. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Adjust Salt before taking it off the heat..
