Malai aloo korma instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan or vok. Then add jeera and hing. Then add finely chopped garlic and onions and fry for 2 minutes..
  2. When onion becomes light pink, then add all dry spices..
  3. Add half cup malai into it and remain keep aside..
  4. Fry for 2 minutes. Now add cubed potatoes, saute them and cover with lid.. Cook till potatoes become soft..
