  1. You need 3 of Tomatoes.
  2. Prepare 10-12 of Dried Red Chillies (Deseeded).
  3. Prepare 5-7 of garlic cloves.
  4. You need 1 of onion.
  5. Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Sugar(little more).
  6. It's 2 tsp of vinegar.
  7. It's 1/2 Tsp of Dry Ginger Powder.
  8. You need 1/4 Tsp of Black Pepper Powder.
  9. It's 2 Tsp of Sesame oil.
  10. It's 1/2 Tsp of Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
  11. Prepare 1 Tsp of Salt.

Spicy Momo Chutney (Dip) step by step

  1. Take three tomatoes and wash them very nicely. Remove their top..
  2. Now make a cross at the top of tomatoes with the help of a knife..
  3. Put the tomatoes in a boiling water along with one peeled onion..
  4. Let it simmer for 3 to 4 minutes at medium flame..
  5. After that sieve the tomatoes and onion and let it cool..
  6. Remove the skin of the tomatoes if you desire. I am not removing the skin over here..
  7. When tomatoes and onion cool down completely then grind them in a grinder with 5-7 garlic cloves to a very fine paste..
  8. Now take soaked dried red chilies. I have soaked the dried red chilies in hot water for at least one hour..
  9. In the same mixer, grind the dried red chilies coarsely along with the tomato onion garlic paste..
  10. Now we will cook this paste in a pan with 2 teaspoon sesame oil..
  11. We will add in the grinded paste into the heated sesame oil and cook for a minute at medium flame..
  12. Now add sugar, black pepper powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and dry ginger powder to the grinded paste. Mix everything nicely..
  13. Bring one boil and then cover it with a lid and simmer at low flame for two minutes..
  14. After two minutes add the vinegar and mix everything nicely and cook for another two minutes..
  15. Your spicy Momos Chutney is ready !.
