Healthy bottle gourd sabudana farali khichdi instructions
- Soak sabudana in water for 5-7 hours(use that much water only... sabudana are fully soaked..not more).Peel and grate bottle gourd, coarsely ground roasted peanuts,keep all required ingredients ready..
- In nonstick pan add/ heat oil,do tempering of cummin seeds,add black pepper powder, chopped green chillies, ginger paste, curry leaves saute for 30 secs..add grated bottle gourd, mix and saute for 1 min on high flame..
- Lower the flame,add soaked sabudana,salt, coarsely grounded peanuts,mix well. Cover the pan with lid.. pour little water on lid..cook the mixture for 2-3 minutes..
- Uncover and add sugar powder and lemon juice..mix well. Stirring continuously cook for 3 minutes so mixture will not stick to bottom.Off the flame..
