Cheesy veg fried momos and chutney step by step
- Put maida and wheat flour in a kneading bowl and add salt, oil and soda. Mix it well and by using little water knead the dough and make it soft..
- Grease the dough with little oil and cover it with a cloth. Keep it for rest for 15 minutes..
- When the dough is under rest. Prepare the stuffing by heating oil in a pan and adding chopped garlic and onion. Turn them slight brown but don't over fry..

- Peel the tomatoes skin. Chopped the garlic. In a blending jar put chopped garlic, tomatoes, chillies,tomato sauce and salt. Blend it until it turns in a smooth sauce like paste..
