Ingredients of Homemade kalakand
- Prepare 2 1/2 litre of milk.
- You need as needed of Lemon juice.
- It's 1 tsp of Elaichi (cardamom)powder.
- Prepare 50 gm of sugar.
- It's pinch of thread kesar(saffron).
- Prepare As needed of Dryfruits for garnishing.
Homemade kalakand step by step
- Boil 2 lit milk in a pan to make it thick....boil till it become half.
- In another pan add 1/2lit milk boil and add lemon water to make paneer of it.
- Add this panner to our thick milk....
- Than add sugar to it and elaichi powder and kesar.
- Heat for 5_7 min till and mix well....
- Spread in a deep thali and allow it to set.....
- Garnish it with dry fruits refrigerate it....than after 2_3hrs it ready to serve....so our homemade kalakand is ready....Eat homemade food and sweets...take care and stay home.
