  1. Prepare 2 1/2 litre of milk.
  2. You need as needed of Lemon juice.
  3. It's 1 tsp of Elaichi (cardamom)powder.
  4. Prepare 50 gm of sugar.
  5. It's pinch of thread kesar(saffron).
  6. Prepare As needed of Dryfruits for garnishing.

Homemade kalakand step by step

  1. Boil 2 lit milk in a pan to make it thick....boil till it become half.
  2. In another pan add 1/2lit milk boil and add lemon water to make paneer of it.
  3. Add this panner to our thick milk....
  4. Than add sugar to it and elaichi powder and kesar.
  5. Heat for 5_7 min till and mix well....
  6. Spread in a deep thali and allow it to set.....
  7. Garnish it with dry fruits refrigerate it....than after 2_3hrs it ready to serve....so our homemade kalakand is ready....Eat homemade food and sweets...take care and stay home.
