- It's of Maida dough->.
- It's 500 gm of maida.
- You need 1 teaspoon of salt.
- It's 1/2 cup of ghee.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of ajmain.
- It's of Water.
- You need of Dal masala for filling->.
- Prepare 8 tablespoon of besan.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of black salt.
- You need of Salt.
- You need 1 teaspoon of red chilli powders.
- You need 6 teaspoon of Coriander powder.
- You need 2 teaspoon of garam masala.
- It's 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of sauf powder.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Kasturi methi.
- It's 1 teaspoon of Amchur powder.
- You need 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
- You need 2 cup of soaked yellow moong dal(minimum 1 to 2 hour socked).
- Prepare of Oil for fry.

Kachori jalevi instructions
- Take bowl add maida,ajmain,ghee mix proper add water knead soft smooth dough.keep aside for 30 min.
- Take socked dal after (drain out water) into jar and mix 3 to 5 sec.keep aside.
- Heat a pan add 2 tablespoon oil add cumin seeds and sauf and 1 teaspoon Coriander powder roast 2 sec add besan and roast 1 mint then add red chilli,turmeric powder,Coriander powder and salt,black salt,amchur powder and add dal or mix proper and cook 5 mint medium flame after add kasturi methi,garam masala and again roast 2 mint after turn off flame and wait until they cool..
- Now preparing kajori ->Take one ball of dough and roll them out 2to 3 inch add a spoonful of dal masala filling in the center.and cover it..
- And rolling 3 to 4 inch after deep fry medium flame until kachori turn golden colour..
- Serve with aloo sabji and jalevi..
