- Take peas,ginger,chillies in a mixerjar and make a coarse paste.grind besan gathia in powder form and add in the peas mixture.Add a little oil in pan and roast the mixture untill becomes dry,now add salt,garam masala,sugar,sauf powder and let it cool completely..
- Take wheat flour and maida in a big mixing bowl and add salt and hot oil and Knead it.keep it for 15-20 min. to rest.now make a small puri out of dough and fill peas masala,seal it tightly and deep fry in oil.serve garma garam kachories with tea or chutney.
