  1. It's 2 of pear, pureed.
  2. It's 100 gm of paneer, crumbled.
  3. You need 1 tbsp of ghee.
  4. It's 2-3 tbsp of milk powder.
  5. It's 1/4 cup of milk.
  6. You need 2-3 tbsp. of sugar or to taste.
  7. It's 1 tsp. of rose water.
  8. You need 1 tbsp. of chopped pistachios.
  9. You need 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder.

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and saute the pear puree till all the moisture has been absorbed..
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients (except pistachios) and simmer on a low flame till it turns thick and leaves the sides of the pan..
  3. Transfer to a greased plate and garnish with chopped pistachios. Keep aside to cool. Then cut into desired shapes and serve as an offering to God or enjoy as and when desired..
