- It's 1/2 ltr of milk.
- It's 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- Prepare as per taste of sugar.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.
- Prepare as required of slivered almonds for garnishing.

- Boil milk then switch off the flame.Add lemon juice and keep aside for 5 mins.The milk will cuddle.Strain the whey and wash the paneer for 3-4 times now keep in a strainer for extra water to drip down. Now grind the paneer for very smooth texture..
- Heat a non stick pan add the grinded paneer,then add sugar and stir.Once the sugar melts add cardamom powder..
- Keep stirring continuously on medium flame until the paneer leaves the side of the pan..
- Take a plate and set the paneer with the back of the spoon..
- Once slightly cooled cut into desired size and add slivered almonds for garnishing..
