Ingredients of Masaledar gujiya
- You need 100 grams of Wheat flour.
- It's 100 gms of Maida.
- It's 100 gms of Ghee.
- It's 75 gms of Gud/jaggery.
- It's 1 Tsp of Sonth/ginger powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Saunf powder/fennel.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Poppy seeds roasted.
- Prepare 4 tsp of Khoya(roasted).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Dry fruits roasted & chopped.
- You need 2 tsp of Caradomn crushed.
- You need 2 tsp of Magaz.
- You need For frying of Oil.

- Seive the flour add ghee & rub it together 10 minutes.
- Add some water make a tight dough.keep it a side..
- Mix all things together except oil.mix it well..
- In a pan heat the oil..
- Make small balls from the dough..
- Roll it out like a small Puri,with the help of a rolling pin..
- Fill all puries with prepared mixture..
- Fold it like gujhia with the help of hands or mould..
- Put it pan for frying in medium flame..
- Fry it golden & crispy..
- Remove it from the flame..
- Let it be cool..
- It can be eaten hot..
- Now masaledar gujiya it ready to serve..
