Ingredients of Vegetable Korma

  1. Prepare 1 of Carrot chopped.
  2. It's 1 cup of Cauliflower florets.
  3. You need 2 of Potato chopped.
  4. Prepare 2 tablespoon of Raisins.
  5. You need 1 tblspn of Red chilli powder.
  6. Prepare 1 tblspn of Garam Masala powder.
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  8. Prepare 2 of Green chilli.

  10. You need 1/2 cup of Curd.
  11. Prepare of Sugar-1 tblspn.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of Salt.
  13. It's of Coriander leaves for Garnishing.

  15. You need 1 of Onion sliced.
  16. You need 3 of Tomato chopped.
  17. Prepare 1/2 cup of Coconut.
  18. Prepare 2 tablespoon of Poppy seeds.

  21. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Ginger Garlic paste.

Vegetable Korma step by step

  1. Microwave the vegetables with some salt for about 5 min and set aside..
  2. In a kadai add 1 tblspn of oil and crackle some cinnamon and saunf.Throw in onions and cook till it is golden brown,add in the Ginger garlic paste and Tomatoes and cook for 3 min,Now add in the coconut and Poppy seeds and give it a mix until every thing is combined.Remove that mix and grind it into a paste after it cools down.The lovely Masala is ready..
  3. In the same kadai add the rest of the oil and add in the spice powder with some water and cook till the oil separates..
  4. Add in the vegetables and mix well till each veggies is coated with that spices.Add in the green chilli with some water and cook it till the vegetables are done..
  5. Pour in the Prepared masala and simmer till oil separates from the mixture.Add in the curd and Raisans and mix well.Cover it and let it simmer for 10 min on a very very low flame..
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with Parata or Chappati..
