Ingredients of Fried Mawa Chocolate Modak
- You need 1 cup of Flour.
- Prepare 100 gm of Mawa.
- It's 1 tbsp of Cocoa Power.
- It's 2 tbsp of Cashew Nut Chopped.
- You need of Powder Sugar as per taste.
- You need of Oil for deep frying.
- You need 1 tbsp of Rava Salt.
- You need 2 tbsp of Lukewarm oil.
Fried Mawa Chocolate Modak step by step
- 1st we need to make the dough ready with flour,rava,lukewarm desi ghee & water as per the requirements..
- Once the dough is ready keep it for resting for around 30 mins..
- For staffing take khoya in a kadai and stir well for 2 to 3 mins to make it soft & release ghee.
- Then add coco powder & finely chopped cashewnut & keep on stiring for another 3 mins.
- Once the staffing is ready take it out in a plate & ke dxep it for cooling.
- Once it is little cold add powder sugar & mix it well.
- From the flour dough make small puri and put the staffing inside it..
- Give Modak shape & deep fry it in white oil.
- Once the Modak is looking golden fried take it out and served in ambient temperature.
