Ingredients of Fried  Mawa Chocolate Modak

  1. You need 1 cup of Flour.
  2. Prepare 100 gm of Mawa.
  3. It's 1 tbsp of Cocoa Power.
  4. It's 2 tbsp of Cashew Nut Chopped.
  5. You need of Powder Sugar as per taste.
  6. You need of Oil for deep frying.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of Rava Salt.
  8. You need 2 tbsp of Lukewarm oil.

Fried  Mawa Chocolate Modak step by step

  1. 1st we need to make the dough ready with flour,rava,lukewarm desi ghee & water as per the requirements..
  2. Once the dough is ready keep it for resting for around 30 mins..
  3. For staffing take khoya in a kadai and stir well for 2 to 3 mins to make it soft & release ghee.
  4. Then add coco powder & finely chopped cashewnut & keep on stiring for another 3 mins.
  5. Once the staffing is ready take it out in a plate & ke dxep it for cooling.
  6. Once it is little cold add powder sugar & mix it well.
  7. From the flour dough make small puri and put the staffing inside it..
  8. Give Modak shape & deep fry it in white oil.
  9. Once the Modak is looking golden fried take it out and served in ambient temperature.
