Puran Poli Modak instructions

  1. Soak Chana dal or split Bengal Gram for 2-3 hours..
  2. Pressure cook them with 1/2 cup of water to make them very soft..
  3. In a mixer grinder grind the cooked dal to fine paste. Use little milk or water if necessary to make the paste..
