- You need 2 cup of Besan flour.
- It's 1/3 cup of Corn flour.
- You need 1/3 cup of Rice flour.
- Prepare of Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp optional.
- You need 2 tsp of Red Chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Baking soda.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Hing.
- It's of Salt as required.
- You need of Kesari Color 2 pinch optional.
- It's of Water 2 cups or as required.
- You need of Oil for deep frying.
Raw Banana Bajji/Vazhakkai Bajji step by step
- Take besan, rice and corn flour in a bowl.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, hing and baking soda.
- Add water little by little and mix to form batter. Batter should be smooth without any lumps. Consistency of the batter should be neither too thin nor too thick.
- Peel the skin of raw banana and slice them thin and keep it ready.
- Dip the sliced vazhakkai in batter and drop them in hot oil.
- Fry them till golden flipping in between..
