It's very easy and tasty sweet,at first boil the milk add some water in it then the lemon juice add in this,then the milk turn into chhana (paneer)now take the chhana strain it very well and bind it for an hour for dry,next take this dry chhana in a big dish now mash with hand until it turns soft.

Then take a pan add mashed chhana cook it very well for 10 minutes,then add the condensed milk and cook it stirring with spoon,cook it very well,add elaichi powder,it will be tight like dough,when it turn tight then take a flat tray and pour the mixture on this,flat it and garnish with crushed dry fruits,as per your choice,give some time to cool then cut into small square pieces,now it's ready..
