- Prepare 75 gm of Mixture of Almond, cashew and walnuts -.
- It's 1 Table spoon of Butter.
- Prepare 2 Table spoon of Sugar (powdered).
- Prepare 40 gm of Chocolate.
- It's 250 gm of Maida.
- Prepare 1 tea spoon of Salt.
- You need 2 Table spoon of Sooji.
- Prepare 3 Table spoon of Vanaspati Ghee.

Choco Rang Gujhiya instructions
- Dry Roast Almonds/Cashew/Walnut mix for 1 minute Add Butter and powdered sugar and keep mixing for one minute. Add the chocolate and microwave for 1.5 minutes. Add one teaspoon salt and vanaspati ghee in the Maida and mix thoroughly. Make three portions. Make a dough of each portion with warm water dissolved with the edible colors. Make different colored poori with the dough. Stack the different colored poori one above the another and make into a cylinder (see the video)..
