- You need 500 gms of sweet corns(taken from bhutta).
- You need 200 gms of Shezwan sauce (as per taste).
- You need 1 tbsp of chat masala.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic.
- It's 1 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of finely chopped Spring onions.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.

- Take pan, heat 2 tbsp oil..
- Add finely chopped garlic cloves..
- Saute for a minute..
- Add 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves.saute for a minute.
- Add Corns,salt and saute for 2-3 minutes on medium heat..
- Add 1/2 tbsp Sugar, 1 tbsp chaat masala and mix well..
- Add Shezwan sauce as per your choice..
- Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat..
- Turn off gas flame..
- Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves and Spring onions..
