1. It's 3 cup of milk for paneer.
2. Prepare 3 tbsp of sugar.
3. You need 3 tsp of coffee powder.
4. Prepare 1 tsp of coco powder.
5. Prepare 1 tbsp of pista.
6. You need as needed of Silver foil.
7. It's as needed of Silver balls for garnishing.

Coffee Modak Sandesh instructions

1. Take paneer,sugar,coco powder and coffee powder in a bowl.
2. Mash them with your palm till smooth.
3. Make a dough and saute it for 5 min in a pan.
4. Take modak mould and grease it.
5. Divide dough in equal parts and make balls.
6. Take one ball and insert it in mould to make modak.
7. Carefully take it out and prepare all like that.
8. Apply silver foil and top with pista.
9. I had some leftover cake so i make crumble of it and serve modak upon it.
