Ingredients of Instant Kalakand
- It's 250 gms of paneer grated.
- It's 200 ml of condensed milk.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of milk powder.
- You need 1 tsp of green cardamon powder.
- It's 2 tbsp of pistachio chopped.
Instant Kalakand step by step
- Heat nonstick wok.
- Add paneer, milk powder and condensed milk immediately, mix it well, stir it continuously.
- Add cardamon powder and cook it until batter leaves the pan.
- Grease the tray, spread evenly mixture on it, sprinkle pista on it and press lightly with the stapula.
- Put it in freeze for 15 mins, cut it in desired shape.
