Ingredients of Zafrani Sondesh

  1. Prepare 250 g of paneer (homemade).
  2. It's 2 tablespoon of milk powder.
  3. Prepare 2 tablespoon of whipped cream.
  4. It's 2 tablespoon of sugar powder.
  5. You need of Few strips of Saffron.
  6. Prepare as needed of Ghee/Butter.

Zafrani Sondesh instructions

  1. Mash the paneer with hands to get a cream consistency.
  2. Add the sugar and saffron into it and mix well on a pan over low flame.
  3. Add 2 tablespoon whipped cream and mix well till it thickens.
  4. Remove the mixture into a plate greased with butter or ghee.
  5. Let it cool at room temperature. Once done put it in refrigerator (deep fridge) for 1 hour.
  6. Remove and garnish with saffron and cut into your favourite shape. Keep it in normal fridge and serve cold.
