- You need 2 of medium raw Bananas.
- You need 1 cup of gram flour.
- It's 2 tbsp of rice flour.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1-2 pinch of baking soda.
- You need Pinch of asafoetida.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need 1/2-2/3 cup of water or as required.

Kele ke pakode step by step
- Take raw Bananas, cut it into slices and dip it in the water so that they do not get discoloured..
- Now in a bowl take gram flour, rice flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, baking soda, asafoetida and mix it nicely..
- Now add little water in parts and mix. Make a thick batter without lumps..
- Now take a kitchen towel and pat dry all the banana slices..
- Now heat oil for frying. Dip the Banana slices in the batter and coat it completely with the batter..
- Add coated banana slices in hot oil and fry it until golden brown..
- Tranfer it on a kitchen towel to remove the excess oil..
- Serve it with tomato sauce or green chutney or any dip.
