  1. Take raw Bananas, cut it into slices and dip it in the water so that they do not get discoloured..
  2. Now in a bowl take gram flour, rice flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, baking soda, asafoetida and mix it nicely..
  3. Now add little water in parts and mix. Make a thick batter without lumps..
  4. Now take a kitchen towel and pat dry all the banana slices..
  5. Now heat oil for frying. Dip the Banana slices in the batter and coat it completely with the batter..
  6. Add coated banana slices in hot oil and fry it until golden brown..
  7. Tranfer it on a kitchen towel to remove the excess oil..
  8. Serve it with tomato sauce or green chutney or any dip.
