  1. It's 1 cup of green peas (I used frozen ones), blended (makes 8).
  2. It's 200 gms of paneer (I used Amul Paneer).
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of milk powder.
  4. You need 4-5 tbsp of powdered sugar or to taste.
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder.
  6. It's 1 tbsp of ghee.
  7. Prepare pinch of salt.
  8. It's 1 tsp of kewra water.
  9. It's 1/3 cup of milk.
  10. It's 2 tbsp of chopped pistachios.
  11. You need 2 tbsp of chopped almonds.
  12. You need 1 tsp of dry rose petals.

Green Peas Kalakand instructions

  1. In a non-stick pan, add the blended peas and stir fry till dry. Keep aside..
  2. In the same pan add all the ingredients (except almonds and half of the pistachios) including the green peas..
  3. Mix and stir on a low flame..
  4. Add half of the pistachios & saute till it starts to leave the sides of the pan..
  5. Transfer to a greased plate and garnish with the chopped almonds, remaining pistachios and dry rose petals. Allow it to cool and refrigerate for some time..
  6. Cut as desired and enjoy at room temperature or chilled. Great for any festive occasion or as an after meal dessert..
