Tri colour mawa Gujiya instructions
- Make a nice dough with all dough ingredients separately.
- Now mix the three colour dough..take a small portion of the dough and roll it like a puri.
- Heat the pan and add ghee then put the nuts and coconut...
- Stir it for a while..add sugar also..saute for a while.
- Heat an another pan and add little bit ghee snd mawa.
- Stir it very nicely..cook it for a while..then mix it with coconut mixture.it's done.
- Now put the mawa stuffing in the puri..shape it like gujiya.
- Heat the pan and add oil.fry the gujiya until it becomes little brown and crispy.
- Make a light sugar syrup with the syrup ingredients..dip the gujiya in the syrup.
- Keep it for 5 minutes.
- It's ready to serve.
