- Prepare 1/2 cup of Dark chocolate compound, chopped.
- You need 1/2 cup of Milk chocolate compound, chopped.
- You need 3-4 tbsp of Chopped dry fruits.
- Prepare as needed of Butter for greasing.

Chocolate Modak step by step
- Grease the chocolate modak mould with butter..
- Add the dark chocolate in a oven proof bowl. Microwave for 10 seconds..
- Mix with a spoon and again microwave for another 10 seconds..
- Repeat the process until the chocolate is melted completely..
- Mix the chocolate well so that there are no lumps and it becomes little cool..
- Pour into the mould until it is half filled..
- Put the chopped dry fruits in it and tap so that the dry fruits settle and there are no air bubbles..
- Melt the milk chocolate in the same using using the same process..
- Pour in the mould and fill the rest half..
- Tap the mould so that the chocolate settles. Clean the sides, if required..
- Keep it in refrigerator and let it set for atleast 15 minutes. Or let it set in the freezer for 5-7 minutes..
- Remove the modaks from the mould by tapping them upside down..
- Chocolate modak is ready..
