  2. Prepare 3 tsp of vinegar.
  3. You need 2 cup of Nolen gur (date palm jaggery).
  4. You need of Cherry for decoration.

  1. Boil milk & when it starts to show bubble add vinegar..
  2. Drain excess water from paneer..
  3. Heat ghee in a kadhai & add paneer.After 2 or 3 mins add jaggery..
  4. Stir it constantly to avoid burning..
  5. When it will start to leave the side of the kadhai switch off the flame..
  6. Make it cool & then mash it well..
  7. Then make sandesh as per your choice..
