- Take a moth dal wash and soaked at over night.Then boil with salt,turmeric,red chilli at 20 minutes in low flame..
- Then take a urad dal soaked at overnight then blend with salt,green chilli,garlic and ginger then after blend mix cumin seeds powder..
- Take a wok put oil then oil heat add garlic saute add ginger and onion saute then add tomato puree put dal add lemon juice and coriander..
- Take a nonstick pan add oil then add hing put dal mixture saute till golden brown then flame off..
- Take a mixing bowl put maida,salt and oil mix with rub your hand then add little bit of water make a tight dough rest in 1 hour..
