- Prepare 2 of medium sized potato peeled and cut into dice.
- Prepare 1 of small sized capsicum cut into dice (i used green and red).
- Prepare 1 of onion cut into dice.
- You need 5-6 tbsp of yogurt.
- You need 2 tbsp of roasted gram flour.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need 2 tbsp of oil (i used mustard oil).
- Prepare 2 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of kashmiri red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of ginger paste.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of kasauri methi.
- You need 1 1/2 tbsp of tandoori masala.
- You need as needed of Bamboo skewer sticks.

Tandoori Aloo -How ever hard I try to restrict potato in our diet but some way or another it is always present in our menu either in some curry or in a snack as most of the snacks are made with potato. Tandoori aloo instructions
- In a pan add 2 cup of water, 2 tspn of salt and the potatoes then boil till the potatoes are half cooked..
- In a mixing bowl take the yogurt, roasted gram flour, oil, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, kasauri methi, salt to taste and tandoori masala then mix it well..
- Now add the boiled potatoes, capsicum and onion pieces into this yogurt mixture and mix with gentle hand and keep it aside for atleast 20 mins..
- Dip the bamboo sticks into water for sometime. Now take a stick, skewer the potato, capsicum, onion one after another..
- Repeat the process and make all. Now in a fry pan brush oil and put the skewers. Turn onto other side when one side is done. Fry till they cooked well..
- Finally your tandoori aalo is ready to serve. Sprinkle some lemon juice and give a small bowl of green chutney while serving..
