  1. Heat the oil in pan, give tadka with mustard cumin seeds. Sauté ginger garlic and onion in it..
  2. Add all spices and smashed potato, mix it well and cook for 2-3 mins..
  3. Let it little cool..
  4. Make patties as per pav size. Mix the batter ingredients in bowl..
  5. Make smooth batter, dip patato ball in it. Cover with batter from all side..
  6. Fry this vada’s in golden brown colour..
  7. Dry roast, Cumin, garlic, red chilies, coconut flakes and peanut..
  8. Then take everything in grinding jar, add some red chilli powder, and salt and make the chutney by grinding it slowly..
  9. Cut the Pav in middle, add chutney then keep vada on it and serve with extra chutney and Chilli..
