- Heat the oil in pan, give tadka with mustard cumin seeds. Sauté ginger garlic and onion in it..
- Add all spices and smashed potato, mix it well and cook for 2-3 mins..
- Let it little cool..
- Make patties as per pav size. Mix the batter ingredients in bowl..
- Make smooth batter, dip patato ball in it. Cover with batter from all side..
- Fry this vada’s in golden brown colour..
- Dry roast, Cumin, garlic, red chilies, coconut flakes and peanut..
- Then take everything in grinding jar, add some red chilli powder, and salt and make the chutney by grinding it slowly..
- Cut the Pav in middle, add chutney then keep vada on it and serve with extra chutney and Chilli..
