Ingredients of Kesar Mawa Modak
- It's 1/2 cup of dry fruit crush.
- You need 1 cup of Mawa [ Khowa].
- You need 1/2 cup of Powered sugar.
- Prepare 1/2 spoon of cardamom powder.
- You need 1 spoon of ghee.
- It's of Modak Mould.
Kesar Mawa Modak instructions
- Heat ghee in the pan. add Mawa [khowa] and dry fruits in it..
- Add kesar and elayachi in it. Here i used a instant syrup of kesar and elayachi.. Mix well.
- Let it be completely cool.
- Add powdered sugar and mix well. Add coconut powder if you like. I added some coconut powder in it... it gives a different flavor. Let the mixture settle for some time...
- Grease the mould with Ghee.. and make the modaks....
