Ingredients of Kesar Mawa Modak

1. It's 1/2 cup of dry fruit crush.
2. You need 1 cup of Mawa [ Khowa].
3. You need 1/2 cup of Powered sugar.
4. Prepare 1/2 spoon of cardamom powder.
5. You need 1 spoon of ghee.
6. It's of Modak Mould.

Kesar Mawa Modak instructions

1. Heat ghee in the pan. add Mawa [khowa] and dry fruits in it..
2. Add kesar and elayachi in it. Here i used a instant syrup of kesar and elayachi.. Mix well.
3. Let it be completely cool.
4. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Add coconut powder if you like. I added some coconut powder in it... it gives a different flavor. Let the mixture settle for some time...
5. Grease the mould with Ghee.. and make the modaks....
