- Then transfer it into pressure cooker and add salt, turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon of oil, tomatoes and water (as per the requirement) in it and cook it for 3-4 whistle..
- Heat clarified butter in a wok, add cumin seeds and asafoetida in it and allow it to splutter..
- Then add chopped green chillies and garlic in and cook it for a minute..
- Then add red chilli powder in it and mix it then add cooked dal in it and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium flame..
- Now add garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves in it, mix it well then switch off the falme..
