- You need as needed of few curry leaves.

- Wash and cut carrot and beet into small pieces..Take a pan and put coconut oil and crackle mustard seeds+cumin seeds and curry leaves,green chillies...Add onions and saute....
- Put chpd carrot and beet..and mix well add salt and saute for a minute..add 2 tbsp of water and close the pan and cook...at.last add the coconut and mix well and cook for 2 mins and serve...
