Ingredients of Baked Gujiya

  1. You need of Maida (All purpose flour).
  2. You need of Ghee (melted).
  3. It's of semolina.
  4. Prepare of Cardamom green Powder.
  5. You need of Almonds chopped.

  7. It's of Sugar (Cheeni) or to tastes (powdered).

Baked Gujiya step by step

  1. Mix maida with ghee using fingers, mix well so that the mixture takes the form of breadcrumbs and binds to a certain extent..
