Ingredients of Baked Gujiya
- You need of Maida (All purpose flour).
- You need of Ghee (melted).
- It's of semolina.
- Prepare of Cardamom green Powder.
- You need of Almonds chopped.
- It's of Raisins (Kishmish).
- It's of Sugar (Cheeni) or to tastes (powdered).
Baked Gujiya step by step
- Mix maida with ghee using fingers, mix well so that the mixture takes the form of breadcrumbs and binds to a certain extent..
