- Now we get soft paneer.
- We mashed the paneer very well and make a soft and smooth dough..
- Boil half ltr milk till it reduced to half and then add paneer and sugar powder and mix well..
- Stir continuously for 8 - 10 mins then switch off the gas..

- Grease the plate and pour the kalakand mixture and spread in the plate..
- Set half an hour in the fridge.
