Stuffed bafla bati step by step
- First In bowl add wheat flour,salt,Ghee and mix it well,add water to make dough, for stuffing:-add besan in another bowl,add oil, red chilli powder,coriander powder ���,Salt to taste,turmeric powder and mix it well add Water and make dough.
- Prepare by cutting the dough balls from the dough, break as many balls as possible to make chapatti, With the help of fingers, rise the dough into a diameter of 2-3 inches with the help of fingers, and place 1- 1.5 teaspoon stuffing on it, lift the dough from all the sides and close the stuffing, and give a round shape to the baatis.
