- Take the ingredients for the dough in a bowl, add water & knead to a soft dough. Keep aside for later. Now in a kadhai, heat oil & saute the onions, ginger, garlic & chillies, saute for 2-3 minutes then add the spice powders & cook for another minute. Now add the eggs & scramble well, remove & cool down the bhurji. Now roll out a small portion of the dough & stuff with the egg mixture, seal it & roll out again.
