Ingredients of Instant Kalakand

  1. Prepare 500 grams of fresh paneer grated.
  2. You need 400 grams / 1 tin of condensed milk/milkmaid.
  3. It's 1/4 cup of milk powder.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of chopped pistachios.
  5. It's 1 tbsp of chopped almonds (optional).
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of elaichi powder.
  7. You need 2 tsp of ghee.

Instant Kalakand instructions

  1. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a non stick pan on low medium heat..
  2. Add in the grated paneer, milkmaid and milk powder. Mix it very well..
  3. Mash and stir continously the mixture or till it thickens..
  4. Add cardamom powder and mix well..
  5. Keep stirring and cook for about 10 minutes on low medium flame or till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan..
  6. Grease a plate with remaining ghee and transfer the mixture to the plate..
  7. Make a block and level it with the help of spatula..
  8. Finally add chopped pistachios and almonds, press gently and let the kalakand cool down completely on room temperature..
  9. Cut it into pieces and enjoy this delicious instant kalakand..
