Ragi Pancakes and Spanish omelette step by step

  1. To make pancakes in a bowl add egg, milk, salt, baking powder, sugar, vanilla essence and whisk well.
  2. And then add the Ragi flour and wheat flour in it and combine well, if needed u can add little water to make the batter semi consistency.
  3. Now take a pan and on low flame grease little oil and then pour the batter.
  4. Turn upside down once the one side is cooked.
  5. Serve the Ragi pancakes with sliced bananas, kiwi and dates syrup or honey.
  6. Now let’s prepare Spanish omelette.., take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil and in it add potato and onion sliced and sauté well.
  7. Once it’s semi cooked add capsicum toss it and then switch off the flame.
